MANDATORY CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION
The customer confirms the recorded product journey—not our interpretation of it.
Every video review is bound to one exact product commit and video hash. Sending is deliberate, receipted, and privacy-controlled.
Customer approves
Store customer reference, durable response, comment, video SHA-256 and product commit. The confirmation gate closes only while both hashes remain current.
Customer requests changes
Reopen the requirement and visual contract, fix the product, retest, record a new video and send a new review package. Prior approval is never reused.
Local-first boundary: Omkara prepares an encrypted/exportable review package. It does not silently email or upload customer evidence. The user explicitly sends it through an approved channel and records the receipt.
