Generic gate model
core/phase10/human-usability.mjs creates consented sessions, records outcomes and evaluates role-level cohort policy. Completed records are integrity-sealed.
Local recorder
usability-recorder/ provides role tasks, local screen capture through getDisplayMedia, session observations and JSON/WebM downloads. Nothing uploads automatically.
Truth boundary
Scripted browser rehearsal may verify controls, but the gate counts only consented representative humans. One session is evidence, not confidence; the initial policy requires three per critical role.
